We understand that employees in country councils don't just have one job! They're often required to wear many hats. We also understand recruiting staff in regional areas with an understanding of local government can be difficult.

That's why we offer temporary staff replacement in order to help 'fill the gap' should Council find they are short staffed for any period of time. Be it a week or more, planned or last minute. If you find you have a gap and the work simply can't wait during the recruitment process or while an incumbent is absent, we are able to fill that role and 'keep the ball rolling' until your new employee commences or your officer returns.
